2025
We’re kicking off the year with not one, but two rebrands! After acquiring FileFlow in 2024, it was time to give the platform a fresh new look. On top of that, the Simdo branding and website were also ready for a makeover — and you’re now looking at the result ;)
2025 is also the year our longest-serving team member, Luc, officially joined Simdo on contract!
2024
Since April 2024, SIMDO has become the full owner of the image bank FileFlow! This allows us to push the platform’s development even further, with lots of exciting features planned for the coming years!
2023
A big year for Simdo! We made the big move — from our beloved Klokgebouw to a bigger space on top of the Veemgebouw.
From the 10th floor, we overlook the greenest part of Eindhoven and get to watch the sun set. Cheers to our new office!
We also welcomed a strong new member to the Simdo family: Lyno!
2022
The pandemic is behind us, but it did lead to a positive development: the embrace of hybrid working!
Our team now works in a hybrid setup, with a few office days each week so we can still meet in person, catch up, and brainstorm on projects together.
2020-2021
The world is in the midst of a pandemic, but Simdo keeps on going! While we’re required to work from home, we stay connected through daily online meetings. We also welcomed two new team members: Dylano & Thom!
2018-2019
The small unit in the Klokgebouw was getting a little too cozy with all the interns and freelancers supporting our projects.
Simdo moved to a larger unit within the Klokgebouw, ready to take on even more ambitious projects from there!
2016-2017
The first Simdo office is a fact! A quick trip to Ikea for desk chairs, some essential plants, and a big window sticker to make the office visible from the train tracks!

2012-2015
Simdo started as a high school graduation project in 6VWO — an Android/iOS app for tracking class cancellations. The ambitions for what came next were sky-high, so a visit to the Chamber of Commerce quickly followed.
In the years that followed, apps and platforms were built from student rooms and bedrooms. But one thing was certain: after graduation, Simdo would go full-time!
